Economist and postdoctoral researcher at the TIDE Centre, University of Oxford, UK. Baptiste’s work and research lie at the intersection of economic development, technological change, and sustainability, with a specific focus on the design of (green) industrial policy strategies and the geoeconomics of the Anthropocene. My research has been published in journals such as Development and Change and the Review of International Political Economy. He has also worked with governments, international organisations, civil society groups, and financial institutions on economic diversification and innovation strategies, regional cooperation frameworks, and sectoral plans for economic catch-up and sustainable development.
