The TIDE Centre is excited to announce the launch of the Oxford-Mexico Industrial Policy Co-Lab

The TIDE Centre is excited to announce the launch of the Oxford-Mexico Industrial Policy Co-Lab, a collaborative initiative between the TIDE Centre at the University of Oxford and FuturoLab. This innovative venture is designed to promote applied research and foster international exchange of best practices in industrial policy, tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Mexico and other Latin American countries.

Based in Mexico City and developed in close partnership with the Mexican government, academia, industry, and civil society, the Co-Lab will generate cutting-edge research, detailed case studies, dynamic events, and policy consultations. Its goal is to inform and support the design and implementation of effective industrial policies across different levels of government.

Co-directed by Amir Lebdioui (TIDE Centre) and Carlos Cabrera Espinosa (FuturoLab), the Co-Lab will engage a multidisciplinary team of over a dozen researchers and policy fellows, united by a shared commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.
