Qianyue Qiao has broad interests in Global Technology Governance (GTG), Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) Policy, and Research and Development Management, with a particular focus on high-tech manufacturing and the digital economy. Her DPhil research examines the definition, determinants, and realization of “good” International Innovation Collaborations, with findings aimed at informing GTG, STI policies, and the open national innovation systems of China and other countries.
